Coffee Shop Wax Melts

All orders are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We offer a 10-day return policy. The return policy is valid for 10 days from the original purchase date. After the 10 day window from the original purchase date, we can not offer you a refund.

All orders canceled before shipping will be refunded 100%. Orders canceled after shipping will fall under the 10-day return policy window. To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, items must be in the original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition In which it was received.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend getting a tracking number to ensure we have received the item.

Refunds will take up to 7-10 business to be credited to your account depending on your financial institution.

We reserved the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.

Use a Suitable Warmer:

• Only use wax melts in approved wax warmers or melters.

• Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your warmer (electric, tealight, or plug-in).

Do Not Add Water:

• Never add water to your warmer while using wax melts.

Use in a Stable, Ventilated Area:

• Place the warmer on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, and pets.

Do Not Overfill:

• Only use 1–2 wax cubes (or as directed). Overfilling can cause spillage or overheating.

Monitor While in Use:

• Never leave a burning tealight or an active electric warmer unattended.

• Turn off the warmer or extinguish the tealight when leaving the room. 

Remove Used Wax Safely:

• Wait for the wax to cool and harden before removing it.

• To clean, either:

  • Warm the base slightly and slide the wax out, or

  • Let it fully melt and soak up with cotton balls (when the warmer is off and the wax is still warm).

Avoid Skin Contact:

• Do not touch hot wax. If it contacts your skin, wash with soap and water.

Storage Tips:

• Store unused wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Dispose Responsibly:

• Do not pour melted wax down drains. Let it solidify and dispose in the trash.
